One Bedroom apt 2-3 persons Double/Twin Bedroom, Sitting Room with Convertable Sofa Bed Kitchen & Bathroom. Decorated and furnished in classical style to create a home away from home the Royal Suite I Type 'B' with more space the RSI type 'A', has a King size bed or 2 twin bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area, a perfect choice for a small family or business travellers, this suite accommodates up to 3 persons.		2 bedroom apt 3-5 persons Double/Twin Bedrooms, Sitting Room with Convertable Sofa Bed Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms. Decorated and furnished in classical style to create a home away from home the Royal suite II Type 'D' has One bedroom with Queen size bed and another with King size bed or 2 twin bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area, this suite accommodates up to 5 persons.

3 bedroom apt 3-6 persons 3 Double Bedrooms, Sitting Room with Convertable Sofa Bed Kitchen & 3 Jacuzzi Bathrooms. Private Entrance. Decorated and furnished in classical style to create a home away from home the Royal suite III Type 'E' has three bedrooms one with King size or 2 twin bed and 2 bedrooms with Queen size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area, this suite accommodates up to 7 persons.

Terms And Conditions
1. RESERVATIONS The full balance of accommodation charges is payable two weeks prior arrival date.		3. CANCELLATION The full balance of rent paid is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to booked arrival date / or subject to re-letting on a shorter notice.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT Please note that upon arrival we require a week deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorization transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.		4. PAYMENT Payment is accepted in cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards. Credit card Payments : Payments are subject to an additional fee charge as follows: American Express : 3.5% ; Visa card : 2% , all others 3%
